Tkachuk S. Theory and methods of future labor training teachers' preparation for the students' technological culture formation.

In the thesis was made theoretical generalization and solutions of the problem of future labor training teachers' preparation for the students' technological culture formation from the standpoint of the competency approach were suggested. The historical and methodological background of the necessity in technological culture development of students in general educational institutions as well as the essence of technology as a phenomenon of human activity were considered, the influence of technology on the formation of human life environment was analyzed, the role and place of technology in the general theory of human action was shown, the essence of technological culture as a determinant component of vocational and educational training of future labor training teachers was revealed, the theoretical basics of future labor training teachers preparation for the formation of students' technological culture were worked out, the methodical system of future labor training teachers' preparation for the formation of students' technological culture was justified, the methodical support of future labor training teachers' preparation for the students' technological culture formation was created, the research and experimental verification of future labor training teachers' completion for the formation of students' technological culture was carried out. The essence of the project activity as the basis for the formation of future labor training teachers' professional readiness was revealed. The statement about close connection between design - technological and psycho-pedagogical preparation of future labor training teachers' which provides the conditions for the appropriate level of students' technological culture professional preparedness development of was considered. The model of future labor training teachers' preparation for the formation of students' technological culture was proved, developed and implemented in the educational process, the basic principles of content selection and features of the higher school training methods were determined. A special course "Fundamentals of technological culture" was created and put into practice of a specialist training as well as modern means of new information technologies. The research of the application of developed conceptual model of future specialists training and of the complex of educational conditions ensuring its effective functioning in a credit-module system in higher education was provided.
