To find out the foundations of a modern model of regulation of social and labor relations in a market economy, democratic, social and legal state as Ukraine. The place of business in the structure of the mechanism of regulation of the employment relationship employment. Outlines the essential features of disability rights that define corresponding methods of regulation. Revealed the social validity of the legal regulation of social and labor relations, beyond which, under the influence of foreign will, to change the form of regulation on the legal. The necessity of establishing national rules, which would provide the same for all employees of the requirements for working conditions provided by the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Formed legal conditions that cause the peculiarities of legal regulation of social and employment of certain categories of workers. Displayed objective factors in the social organization of labor, which directly affect the nature of the legal status of the subjects of social and labor relations - working conditions, wages, professional development of workers. The proposed components of the modern model of regulation of social and labor and is closely related relations.
