Essay

The results of complex study of branch peculiarities in economic legal procedures in Ukraine are presented in the thesis. The essence of rules "lex speciali derogate lex generali", "lex posteriori derogate lex priori" and their limits as for application of law regulations in economic legal procedures are demonstrated. The use of the proof from the contrary, from previous legal effect to the following one and vice versa as the instruments of logical interpretation of regulatory texts is presented. The peculiarities of legal regulations application, revealed with the help of proof from the contrary are shown.
