Essay

A research object - the processes of managing material and information flows in the supply system of "production-delivery-consumption." The purpose of the study - improving the functioning of integrated performance indicators logistics center through the development of mathematical and information control problems in a multi-level uncertainty. Research Methods and apparatus - Methods of probability theory, nonstationary random processes, fuzzy mathematics, mathematical programming in a stochastic and fuzzy statements. Theoretical results - first developed methods of control: the subsystem of production planning in a multi-level uncertainty, transportation subsystem, when the density of demand and transport costs are unknown, and the nonlinear objective function and the multi-index, which solved the problem with a complex control system within the parameters of Production, transportation and consumption of products. The practical significance of the results of this paper is to develop a set of models and methods that combine to solve important scientific application of logistic problems of distributed systems and are the theoretical basis for solving practical problems. The novelty of this paper is to develop the basic theory and mathematical and algorithmic support inoformatsionno-management process techno-economic system of "production - delivery - consumption" in a multi-level uncertainty, based on the concept of implementing a process of decomposition of the system. The degree of implementation - the results obtained in the thesis, introduced in the JSC "U.P.E.K." (Kharkov), PE "Transit - Servіs" (Kremenchuk), PJSC "UkrTatNafta" (Kremenchuk). The scope of the practice of creating modern new and upgrading existing systems, distributed control of complex techno-economic complexes that operate in a multi-level uncertainty.
