Essay

The thesis addressed an important scientific-technical problem of informatization of aviation technics operation. The first chapten provides an analysis of aviation industry in aspects of domain, transportation market and regulation of aviation safety. The second chapter of the thesis provides the general approach on informatization of aviation scientitic - technical operation, including goals, objectives and directions. The third chapter discusses the use of ontology in software development. The fourth chapter proposes, the approach to programs construction based on levels of encapsulation.
