Research object: processes of the use and guard of tourist resources. Purpose: development of organizational-economic mechanism of the use and guard of tourist resources. Methods: system-structural, spatial analysis and logical generalization, historical method, analysis and comparisons, ekonomiko-statistical, designs and prognostications, programmatic-having a special purpose, structural-functional, graphic and cartographic. Results: developed conception of the use and guard of tourist resources, the basic idea of which consists of achievement of rationality as pre-conditions of steady development of tourist resources; criteria of determination of level of rationality of processes of the use of tourist resources; tipologiya of tourist resources is improved; going near the leadthrough of ecological audit of tourist resources; principles of construction of organizational-economic mechanism of the use and guard of tourist resources; going near the choice of ekologo-ekonomicheskikh instruments of providing of the rational use of tourist resources; a concept-terminology vehicle, characterizing the rational use and guard of tourist resources, is specified maintenance of concepts «Tourist resources», «rational use of tourist resources», «rational guard of tourist resources»; got further methodical going near the estimation of efficiency of organizational-economic mechanism of the use and guard of tourist resources; systematization of factors of influence on the state and development of tourist resources; going near the estimation of the state and development of tourist resources, based on the criteria of rationality levels of material well-being of regions of Ukraine by tourist resources, take into account their tipologiyu.
