Golubenko M. Pathogenetic grounds for prophylaxis of placental dysfunction in women suffering from pyelonephritis

The purpose of the research is a decline of the level of obstetric and perinatal complications in women by means of increasing efficiency of pathogenetically grounded criteria of diagnostics, prophylaxis and treatment of placental dysfunction associated with pyelonephritis.Efficacy of the developed pathogenetic complex of treatment was proved by decline of clinical signs of threat of abortion 3.7 folds, preeclampsy - 3.5 folds, intrauterine growth retardation - by 19.4%, premature detachment of placenta - 3.0 folds as compared to women which were treated by common methods, reliable increase of contents of folic acid, cyanocobalamine, progesteron (1.34; 1.29; 1.02 folds), decrease of homocysteine level (1.9 folds) in women against a background of the suggested complex of treatment from the preconception period during of the course of pregnancy. Normalization of amount of thrombocytes, content of fibrinogen, blood circulation along the system mother-placenta-fetus took place in 100% of cases, aggregation activity of thrombocytes decreased 1.1 folds.
