This thesis performance the changes of the vegetative nervous system are grounded for intact newborn rats at application of uninhalation anesthetics, opioid of phentanyl, and stressassociative and stresslimiting effects are also possible in case of use last mentioned ones at the experimental design of stress, that enabled the rational selection of indications for their use in clinical practice.
