A research object is a optimization process of areas forming of stable production of cruciferous oil-bearing cultures taking into account meteorological factors, multipleness and duration of display of unfavorable weather terms; a dynamics of morphophysiological processes is depending on the intensification level of growing technology of the probed cultures and influence of bioclimatic constituents. Purpose of work - Purpose of researches consisted in a theoretical ground and development of models in relation to optimization of areas placing of stable production of cruciferous oil-bearing cultures seeds taking into account bioclimatic potential of Forest-steppe, establishment of forming parameters of quantitative and quality descriptions which provide the greatest level of realization of rape and mustard potential productivity, development on the basis of the adaptive use of technological resources of competitive, with the high level of technologies recoupment of cruciferous oil-bearing cultures growing . Methods of researches are - Scientific: hypothesis (diagrammatizing experience), induction and deduction (analysis and generalization of researches results), analogy (comparing with other cultures), design (functional diagrams), formalization (functional dependences are as equalizations, graphs), generalization (conclusions, suggestions). Special methods: field is determination of researches object co-operation with natural and agrotechnical factors; instrumentation and gravimetric is establishment of biometrical indexes of growth and development of plants and forming of cruciferous oil-bearing cultures seeds harvest; physiology is determination of photosynthesis activity of plants; laboratory is a leadthrough of agricultural chemistry analysis of soil and determination of high-quality indexes of seed. Statistical methods: dispersion, factorial, cross-correlation, regressive - for determination of authenticity of information, cross-correlation dependences; comparatively calculation is determination of economic and biotpower efficiency of models of technology of growing. In dissertation the results of researches are expounded on issue of agrobiological bases development of cruciferous oil-bearing cultures harvest forming at Forest-steppe of Ukraine is based on the results of study of weather-climatic terms influence, ecological plasticity of these cultures, optimization of areas placing of the concentrated growing, determination of the level productivity dependence and production stability from the action of weather terms complex on the basis of climatic descriptions information and indexes of the cultures productivity of Forest-steppe area for 2000-2010. The results of researches are inculcated in the economies of the Kiev, Vinnitca, Khmel'nickiy and Sumy areas on a general area 26,41 thousands of hectare. A sphere of the use is agriculture.
