Essay

The thesis is theoretically justified and practically solved the problem of developing an actual scientific principles and systems of psychotherapy and rehabilitation of persons with dependence on various types of psychoactive substances (РAS) based on a comparison of medical-psychological, clinical-psychopathological and clinical-psychophenomenological analysis they have emotional disorders and related disorders, and specific features patopersonology emotiogenesis and codependency relationships in their families. Provides medical and psychological (pathopersonology) characteristics of emotional disturbances and related disorders individuals with a dependency on the various surfactants. Revealed all persons surveyed maladaptive attitudes to the disease, which leads to the violation of their personal and social functioning. It is established that the relationship of codependency in families of persons with dependence on surfactant characterized by the following positions: vector, shape, and level. The developed principles for rehabilitation of persons with dependence on the surfactant: the motivation, the coincidence of modes of ambulatory / hospital care and patient co-addicted family members and / or people's inner circle, the intensity of the partnership, inter-imnaya responsibility, internal and external transparency. According to the prospective follow-up data of the effectiveness of systems psychoterapy and rehabilitation of persons with dependence on the surfactant is 72,0 % - in patients with alcohol dependence, 64,0 % - in patients with opioid dependence that 51,0 % - in patients with dependence on stimulants.
