Essay

The object of study - different forms of neurosyphilis. The purpose of the study - to improve treatment and prevention tactics of patients by predicting the pathological process on the basis of determining the characteristic tensor rheometric, immunological and neurophysiological signs of risk for various forms of neurosyphilis. Methods: clinical, serological, immunological, physical, chemical, instrumental, neurophysiological, statistical. The thesis is devoted to the actual problem of dermatovenerology - development of the medical-preventive tactics of conducting the patients of the neurosyphilis on the basis of study of features of a clinical picture, pahtogenetic mechanisms and prediction of current of pathological process of the risk of development of the different forms of disease. At the patients with the different forms of the neurosyphilis the most important and diagnostic parameters of the clinical, serological, immunological, tenzio-reologycal and neurophysiological inspections are selected. On a basis of attributes by a method of mathematical modeling are predestined current of pathological process, that has allowed to improve medical-preventive tactics of conducting the patients by the different forms of the neurosyphilis and syphilis, directed on correction of the revealed infringements. Results have been implemented in the practice of the Donetsk regional clinico-venerological dispensary, Donetsk, Makiyivka, Gorlivka municipal clinico-venerological dispensaries, Donetsk regional psychoneurological dispensary, as well as to education departments of dermatology, neurology and medical genetics, psychiatry and clinical psychology of Donetsk National Medical University named M. Gorky. Use area - dermatovenerology.
