Object - the process of Earth covers and atmosphere radiometry at millimeter waves. Aim - complex improving of the radiometric method of millimeter waves to the remote sensing applications. Methods - mathematical statistics, digital and mathematical modeling, non-linear filtration, mathematical morphology, laboratory and nature experiments. Results - new conceptions and schema of radiometers front-end, new methods and algorithms of retrieving of environment parameters, description of new abnormal effects and peculiarities of radio-heat emission for environmental objects.
