Object of research: system of аgrarian relations state regulation. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological principles of аgrarian relations state regulation in the conditions of development of land property institution. Methods: approach of the systems; retrospective; semantic; index; structurally-functional, comparative, factor, content-analysis. Results: forming of theoretical-methodological principles of аgrarian relations state regulation in the conditions of development of land property institution. Novelty: essence of agrarian relations with the use of phenomenology approach is exposed; conceptual approach to forming of state regulation model of agrarian relations within of ecological-economical paradigm of public development is worked out. It is inculcated in activity of central and territorial public authorities of Ukraine. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
