Martiyenko A. Economic and ecological foundations of instituting and implementation variety forms of the property in environmental

Object: process of formation of economic-ecological relations of the property on natural resources in system of relations of production of wildlife management and institutional their introductions. The purpose: working out of teoretiko-methodological bases of development of relations of the property on natural resources, as base relation of economy of wildlife management, on bases institutional theories, substantiations of various patterns of ownership on natural resources for maintenance of socially-ecological and economic-ecological efficiency economic activities subjects of economy, stabilisation and the further improvement of a condition of natural objects and an environment of ability to live of a society. Research methods: is abstract-logic; istoriko-economic; comparison and analogies; the system; straight lines and feedback; likelihood estimations. Theoretical and practical results: Scientific researches of a problem of improvement of relations of the property on natural resources will promote realisation of concepts of the sustainable development, the integrated management and environment preservation in Ukraine through system of the state and local controls development of patterns of ownership in wildlife management. The basic scientific results of dissertational work were discussed at sessions of an academic council of Institute of problems of the market and economic-ecological researches NАS of Ukraine, displayed in publications, and also in reports, scientific recommendations. Novelty: On the basis of methodological bases institutional theories the concept of introduction of various patterns of ownership on natural resources is formulated and proved.
