For the first time a comprehensive investigation of psychological and pedagogical support sports activities sportsmen of psychophysical development as a subsystem of an integrated system of training athletes in the Paralympic sports, implemented in a specific group of subjects functioning sports activity, by its theoretical and methodological and empirical analysis. Identified and analyzed the features of mental, personal and social development of sportsmen with visual impairments, disorders of the musculoskeletal system, mental development and the necessity of special educational conditions, compliance with which will ensure the effectiveness of training and competition of athletes. The author has made the development of concepts and a system of psychological and pedagogical support sports activities sportsmen of psychophysical development, and technology to its practical implementation in training sportsmen in Paralympic sports, based on compliance with specific pedagogical conditions.
