Dissertation contains data on the clinical features of leading syndromes in remote period of craniocerebral trauma: cortical-focal, asthenic, vegetative-vascular dystonia, liquor dynamic, posttraumatic epilepsy, vestibular and psycho-organic, vascular, extrapyramidal and neuroendocrine; as well as changes revealed by transcranial dopplerography, electroencephalography in these syndromes, peculiarities of lipid peroxidation processes, nitric oxide metabolism and nucleic acids, also the presence of endogenous intoxication in traumatic brain disease. Disturbances of psychoemotional sphere in patients with major post-traumatic syndromes were studied. The developed algorithms for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of major posttraumatic syndromes and recommendations for pharmacological therapy of traumatic brain disease were suggested.
