The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a scientific and technical problem of creation of scientific bases construction of scanning television optical microscopes (SТОМ) of high resolution. Theoretical bases of formation of video signal in a reflecting microscope are developed. Methods are developed: formations of a scanning raster, definition of necessary brightness of an electron beam tube, definition of parameters of dynamic microobjects. Are investigated time and spectral characteristics ипользуемой an electron beam tube. Breadboard model SТОМ by means of which practical opportunities SТОМ are finished is created.
