Safonova V. Educational Resource of Forming Innovative Economy

In the work the scientific research of evolution of economic thought on developing postindustrial civilization, place and role in these processes of information, knowledge and education is made; the tendences and directions of developing the world economy in the context of creating the new form of its organization - innovative economy are studied. The concept ''educational resource'' is defined, its peculiarities, characteristics, structural elements, reproduction mechanism, forming principles are grounded; place and role in economic development and system of resources and economic factors are clarified. The conceptual principles of educational model adequated to needs of modern economy are investigated, its key moment - Long Life Learning is considered, and the principal forms of developing interaction of social partners in the sphere of education are determined. The conceptual approaches on improving quality of higher education are offered, problems of its investment are clarified and suggestions on reliable improvement of methodological approaches on evaluating investment effectiveness in educative resource are made.
