The thesis is devoted to the theoretical research of multiharmonic processes in superheterodyne free electron lasers (SFEL), making formers of powerful electromagnetic waves with a wide frequency spectrum, including, ultrashort clusters on the basis of SFEL. The method of ultrashort clusters electromagnetic field formation and the concept of multiharmonic free electron lasers the main purpose of which consists in formation of intensive electromagnetic waves with a wide spectrum are offered.
