The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of the declining metal capacity closures for glass canning containers and increase food security canned products. Considerable attention has been given to the theoretical foundations of the deformation behavior of closures: the study of deformation threaded lugs and sustainability field closures ; theoretical grounding element parameters caps and force capping process parameters; experimental study and improvement process capping. Designed parametric series of closures, improve their design and significantly reduced weight.
