Lavrukhin O. The forming of models and approaches of intelligent technologies of operational management of railway traffic.

The object of the research is a process of management of railcar traffic at the level of railway subdivisions. The researches were conducted with the use of procedure of monitoring, methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, methods of construction of artificial neural networks, theory of fuzzy sets, fuzzy logic and decision making theory, principles of approach of the systems theory. The approaches of the formation of intelligent operational technology of management within such subsystems of Ukrzaliznitsya as railway departmets and railways, which allows to optimize procedures related to the promotion of trains, providing a high level of security based on simulation of processes of human cognitive activity were theoretically grounded.The results of the dissertation can be used during organization of operating work of railway transport.
