The work is theoretic-methodical experimental research of problem of forming in basic school pupils communicative competence on the Ukrainian language lessons. Ideas by continuity of step-by-step linguistic education of pupil's personality are developing in dissertation. Conceptual complex model-system of theoretical and practical organization of forming communicative competence of pupils of 5-9 classes of basic school in process of learning Ukrainian language is developed.
