Pilipenko G. Institutional Factors of Parity for State and Market Coordination of Economic Activity

In the Thesis there are formed the theoretical and methodological bases for research of institutional factors the parity of market and state coordination of economic activity, it is developed a scientifically based concept for an effective combination concerning Ukraine. The Analysis of the parity of market and state coordination of economic activities is carried out on the basis of the methodology of system integralism, which unites in the frame of institutional theory theoretical achievements of disciplines, associated with the study of human nature and motives for their economic activity. Due to this the coordination is defined as a process of mutual orderliness of economic entities' economic activity, which is achieved for the execution of the same rules of conduct, having as its core standards based on socio-cultural values. The latter are the basis on which under the influence of institutional factors the relationship between state and market coordination are set in each of the national economy. As well it is worked out an approach to quantifying the ratio of market and state coordination in the selection and evaluation of the functional role of these institutions in achieving the institutional balance in the society, in both quantitative and qualitative assessment of the socio-cultural values and there are developed the principles of Ukrainian scientifically proved concept for formation of effective models of coordination in Ukraine.
