Polyukhovych V. Economic-legal mechanism of state regulation of the stock market of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to doctrinal substantiation of essence and contents of economic-legal mechanism of state regulation of Ukrainian stock market. This research is carried out vies defining and characterizing the element structure of economic-legal mechanism thus it contains the complex analysis of the theoretical and practical items connected with state regulation of the stock market. Being based on the analysis of the current legislation, generalization of the domestic and foreign scientific literature and practical works, it concerns the legal status of public authorities and self-regulatory organizations, the legal maintenance of economic activity of the participants of the stock market as the object of state regulation being investigated, means and forms of state regulating influence on relations in the stock market being defined and characterized. This research resulted in working out the concept of economic-legal mechanism of state regulation of the stock market of Ukraine, defining some new terms and improving the existing ones to apply for the legal science, substantiating proposals to the current legislation
