Essay

The thesis deals with development of simulation technology of discrete-event systems which characterized by a large number of elements, presence of control processes and decision-making processes. The developing of new simulation technology that was called Petri-object simulation is the main result of the thesis. Unlike other developments aimed at combining Petri nets and object-oriented programming, stochastic timed Petri nets are used to describe the dynamics of objects and at the same time, to describe the dynamics of the whole model.
