The research object - marketing activity of railways at long distance connections for passenger's satisfaction and implementation for it perspective types of railway rolling stock. The dissertation aim - conceptualization of theoretical, methodological and practical instruments of transportation service marketing for economical and finance goals of railways obtaining as result of customer behavior changes after implementation of perspective types of railway rolling stock. Special research methods: interview in depth, interviews, stochastic modeling, statistics methods, Сritical Incident Technique, SERVPERF, Secure Customer Index, Price Sensitivity Meter. The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of marketing of passenger transportations by perspective types of railway rolling stock. Service marketing conception has been specified based on features of passenger railway transportation service. The nature of passenger transportation customer value creation and influencing on customer behavior has been researched according to customer-oriented approach. The modern opportunities of customer value creation have been researched, and practical recommendations for customer value increasing have been offered. The modern service trends have been determined. Theoretical and methodological fundamental basis for researching the influence of attitude to service quality on passenger' satisfaction and intentions have been proposed. Approach to pricing for passenger transportations by perspective types of rolling stock has been developed. Information influencing on passenger's behavior has been investigated. The new classification of passenger trains was developed. The approach to determination of parameters of sales promotion elements have been defined. Methods for improvement of marketing management have been developed for process of implementation of perspective types of passenger rolling stock.
