Essay

The paper examines the constitutional process as historical-legal phenomenon, theoretical and legal substantiation of problems of its formation and development as independent legal process in Ukraine. The paper investigates legal and procedural aspects of high-priority forms of direct democracy in Ukraine. It concludes and proposes system application of procedural and functional approaches to research and further improvement of parliamentary legislative process in Ukraine. It analyzes the issues of institutionalization of constitutional jurisdictional process and substantiates author's concept of municipal process in Ukraine.
