Sukhonos V. Constitutional and legal status of head of state: comparative aspect.

The work is devoted to comparative study of constitutional and legal status of head of state. Reveals the essence institute of head of state and a definition of head of state as a subject of research of modern science of constitutional law is introduced the basic theoretical and methodological approaches to its analysis and study of specific constitutional and legal regulation of relations with the organization and functioning of the head of state in Ukraine are shown. The fundamental research of head of state as the status characteristics of presi-dents and kings of various countries, is carried out the history of its development in the world. The basic trends of the institute of the head of state in Ukraine are demon-strated as the appearance of the presidency, and after its introduction into the state apparatus of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for transforming the institution as president due to the change of government and forms of government, and without it.
