Object - рelvic varicose veins (PVV) of with/without by dishormonal violations as a dysfunctional uterine bleeding, oligomenorrhea, пройоmenorrhea, primary dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, functional cysts of ovaries, multifollicle ovaries, by a hysteromyoma, fruitlessness; purpose – to perfect quality of grant to medicare to the women with PVV on the basis of development of the nosotropic grounded diagnostic and medical measures; methods – questionnaire-anamnestic, clinical, biochemical, bacterioscopy, bacteriological, virologic, immune-enzyme analysis, ultrasonographic, ovariofraphy, pelvic phlebography and laparoscopy, morphology-histological, statistical; results – first on the basis of the conducted researches conception of nosotropic mechanisms of development of PVV and formings of the second gynaecological pathology is presented for the women of genesial age by determination of features of clinical flow, hormonal status, to functional activity to the endothelia, states of the system of hemostasis, metabolism of connecting fabric, anatomic-functional and morphological descriptions of the venous system; first the clinical picture of flow of PVV is studied in detail, the clinical criteria of his diagnostics are developed; the deep study of hormonal balance, functions of endothelia and state of the system of hemostasis, is first conducted at PVV; it is first well-proven that PVV is the state, associated c by the undifferentiated forms of dysplasia of connecting fabric; the optimum algorithm of diagnostics of PVV is first developed; branch – medicine.
