The thesis gives a new solution of scientific and applied problems of effective use of technical and economic information to ensure quality and competitiveness in the engineering of complex products based on self-consistent methodology for developing the interaction of the functional subsystems of the design, construction and operation. Improved scientific basis and effective processing of information for quality assurance of complex products at the design stage, construction and operation of the application of methods of technical diagnostics, dynamic programming, structural and parametric modeling and tools and of inverse point calculations, which, unlike existing approaches can generate optimal characteristics of the configuration of complex products, including a set of alternatives by tab of the coefficients of the relative importance of the purposes specified in advance limits.
