The proposed system of pregravidar preparation and medico-prophylactic measures which includes individual prognosis of the fetus' and the newborn's state, the improved technique of pregnancy and delivery management in patients with hyperandrogenism of ovarian and adrenal genesis, differentiated medication and neonatal screening in children born by mothers with congenital adrenal hyperplasia improves the course of the primary disease, pregnancy, and delivery, allows to reduce the rate of reproductive losses and obstetric complications, to decrease the need for medical aid in newborns, and to create adequate conditions for better postnatal development.
