The thesis developed and proved the theoretical and methodological basis of the research of financial and credit relations, defined features of their display in the financial market and implementation problems in a market economy. We propose a scientific and methodical approach to the analysis of financial and credit relations between the subjects of the financial market. The analysis of the financial and credit relations in the context of banks, non-bank financial institutions and other entities, conducted an appraisal of the influence of financial and credit relations on socio-economic development of the state. The directions of development of the financial and credit for commercial banks, insurance companies, collective investment institutions of Ukraine, as well as in the stock market and pension benefits, the complex scientific, methodological and practical approaches to improving monetary and compensatory mechanisms in the financial and credit relations, and financial and credit mechanisms to stimulate investment activity in Ukraini.Razrabotano concept of financial and credit relations in Ukraine.
