Essay

Specific links between the factors of peripheral hemodynamic and primary hemostasis have been identified and studied. The relation of the nature of interaction of hemodynamic and hemostatic factors to the specifics of a clinical course of hematological diseases was confirmed. The efficiency of concurrent use of indices of endothelial vasodilatation and mechanosensitivity of endothelium allowing their use as prognostic criteria for the formation of prothrombotic or prohemorhragic orientation of reactions of primary hemostasis was demonstrated.
