Grytsaienko L. Constitutional and legal status of the Ukrainian prosecutor's office in the context of international experience

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the constitutional and legal status of the prosecutor’s office, prospective for its further existence and development. It is the first time it has analyzes the constitutional and legal nature of the mentioned state, supervisory and remedial body, examined the elements of its legal status, functions, its place in the state mechanism, the role in the system of checks and balances; in the providing of legitimacy and legal order; the protection of human and citizen rights; the interests of society and state; considered the foreign models of the institute of prosecutor’s office and paid attention to the specific of the prosecutor’s constitutional and legal status both within Ukraine and foreign countries; withdrawn the evolution of this institution in the international legal and state practice.
