The dissertation is devoted to solving the urgent scientific problems - pathogenetic substantiation of integrated assessment time of death due to forced trauma. Developed a set of diagnostic criteria to assess the limitations of internal injuries of the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space in the dead of mechanical trauma to the changes we have identified a natural histological, histochemical indicators of injured and intact organs, particularly the liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, which are presented in differential final table, the mathematical models to determine the time of death of temperature indicators injured and intact parenchymal organs of the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space with the influence of the ambient temperature and the thickness of subcutaneous fat are developed and worked out.
