Dissertation deals with the problem of weaning from the respirator in patients with severe combined or isolated injury after prolonged mechanical ventilation. By summarizing the results of research and evaluation of the effectiveness of different methods of weaning from the respirator in patients with severe combined or isolated injury after prolonged mechanical ventilation, a new solution was theoretically justified and proposed to solve the actual scientific and practical problem - recovery of adequate spontaneous breathing after prolonged mechanical ventilation.
