The thesis is devoted to the development of new direction in pharmacy - the usage of magnetic nanoparticles in the magnetic pharmaceutical preparations. The conditions of synthesis of superfine particles of oxide magnetic materials of different composition and structure of the method of chemical condensation were developed, their physicochemical and biological properties were investigated, the tecnical specifications on the synthesized magnetite particles - the base model of oxide ferrites were developed and registered. The changes in physicochemical properties of nanoparticles in aggressive environments of the gastrointestinal tract have been determined, which can predict the magnetic behavior of the dosage form internal use and to assess its ability of magnetic drug targeting. The composition of the pharmaceutical remedies with particles of magnetite have been proposed: magnetic ointment base, magnetic conductive environment for cryotherapy, magnetic ointment for topical treatment of inflammatory diseases of the throat and tonsils.
