Essay

The dissertation presents a comprehensive forensic analysis of the theoretical principles of the formation and implementation of methods of investigating crimes committed in budgets sphere of Ukraine. Based on the synthesis of scientific approaches, regulations, investigative and judicial practices the author proposed own definition of the public sector, of crimes in this area, determines their attributes. There was developed the criminalistic classification of crimes in the public sector in Ukraine. The author formulated the concept of criminalistic characteristics of these crimes, their structure, theoretical and practical value, and analyzed their components.
