Kulikovska O. The conceptual foundations of mine surveying monitoring of safe operation of mining regions.

In the thesis new scientific results in the field of surveying, which solve important scientific prob-lem of conceptual foundations of mine surveying monitoring development to ensure safe operation of mining regions were obtained. Influence regularities of mining operations and current earth's surface movements on the rock state while exploration at great depths are set, strategic geodynamic evaluation mechanism of the region territory was formulated. The choice of optimal observations parameters at the regional geodynamic area was justified. The monitoring effectiveness in the on-line mode with the dis-tance application of fiber-optic measurement equipment was proved. For the first time it was proposed to work out a comprehensive tendencies analysis of natural environment changes in the context of existing anthropogenic impact on the basis of unification into a single program of the whole disparate research and production surveying works complex in the developed information-analytical center, the basic principles of creation and development of unified information space of mine surveying monitoring were defined. The obtained results were used by regional organizations and enterprises that confirms their scientific and practical significance. Sector - mining.
