Chekhovska M. Forming of mechanism of organizationally-economic development of railway complex of Ukraine

A research object is economic relations and organizationally administrative activity of enterprises of railway complex in market conditions. The purpose of dissertation work is a ground of teoretiko-methodological bases of development and functioning of railway complex of Ukraine and development of practical recommendations on forming and introduction of mechanism of organizational-economic development of industry in modern terms. Methods of researches: theoretical generalization; historical; statistical analysis and synthesis; matrix analysis; ekonomiko statistical and ekonomiko mathematical; organizationally prescriptive. Certain in dissertation work teoretiko-methodological principles of forming and functioning of mechanism of development of railway complex of polozhenny in basis of decision of the important scientific-applied problem on determination of organizational and economic aspects of subsequent activity of enterprises of industry as the market-oriented subjects of conduct economies which dinamically develop on the basis of parity-competition paradigm of of a particular branch development. The scientific novelty of dissertation job performances consists in the following: new direction of scientific researches, essence of which consists in the ground of parity-competition paradigm of development of railway complex, is first formulated; complex interpretation of concept «Mechanism of organizational-economic development of railway complex is given»; grounded teoretiko-methodological bases of becoming, functioning and development of the market-oriented railway complex; author developments of the methodical going are given near organization of leadthrough on the enterprises of railway complex of ecological audit within the framework of korporatizacii of enterprises of railway transport. The structure of management a railway transport is improved in accordance with the market conditions of menage, dokazanna expedience of creation of the State holding company of railway transport.
