The Dissertation is dedicated to problem of adequacy of the analgesia and sedation surgical patients in intensive care department after great traumatic surgeries, correction and warning sleep deprivation and cognitive function, reductions of the frequency of chronic acute postoperative pain and reductions of the frequency of the development posttraumatic stress reactions. New statistics data are received about condition of adequacy of the treatment to acute postoperative pain in Ukraine is revealled reasons of discomfort which are specific for ICU in Ukraine and are determined their side effects on current perioperative period.
