Essay

The dissertation presents research, aimed at addressing the problem of increasing technological, energy, economic and environmental efficiency of production of milk and dairy products in agribusiness through: the creation of non-waste technology use waste wine with ferotsyn (FVV) as a component of animal feed; study parameters combined drying FVV, determine the parameters of the dispenser-mixer for producing multicomponent feed mixtures using FVV, the definition of operating and design parameters of equipment for heat treatment of milk in dairy production lines. Advantages of the combined two-step drying FVV, reasonable quantities of intermediate moisture FVV, and the total area heliocollectors to cost carrier in the transition from the first to the second stage of the process. Determined the replacement of traditional energy sources in the application of complex energy preservation installation (KEU) in the process of drying, pasteurization, heating at leavening milk. Grounded the proposed design dispenser-mixer for bulk feed ingredients and FVV. As a result of experimental studies optimized technological parameters of pasteurization and homogenization of milk, which can reduce energy costs by an average of 22-25 % during pasteurization, and 16-20 % for homogenization. The method of calculation to determine the rational structural and operational parameters specified hardware.
