Essay

The dissertation is devoted to actual medical and social problem of recovery of reproductive health for women with dyshormonal disorders by usage of proposed pathogenetically reasonable medical complexes with implantation of physical factors. The research of a mechanism of stress-associated dyshormonal disorders of women's reproductive health let me determine three stages of reduction of hormone synthesizing function of ovaries. It has been proved that together with reactions of stress-realisative systems they are interrelated links and mutually aggravating components of a general adaptation syndrome. The effectiveness of proposed biostimulating treatment ultrasound and magneto-laser therapy, considering distinctiveness of hormonal deficit and specification of influence of physical factor in given patients' category has been evaluated. On the basis of proposed methodologies the system of medical rehabilitation of patients with stress-associated disorders of reproductive health has been created and her effectiveness accordingly to results of recovery of reproductive function, state of general adaptation and women's life quality has been proved.
