In the dissertation, the methodical system of students' physical education in agrarian universities has been researched and substantiated which combines a set of components of an integral educational process - from goals to the final result, and is focused on the personality of the future specialist. Theoretical basis for the formation of methodical system of physical education of students in agrarian universities is scientifically founded, the level of its functioning and motivational and purpose-oriented unit, organizational and content unit, procedural and activity unit and diagnostic unit are established.
