On the basis of correlation study between existing concomitant genital pathology, location, size and peculiarities of blood supply of leiomatic node, disease duration and dyshormonal changes, new sterility pathogenesis links in women with uterine leiomyoma have been established. Differential approach to tactics of treatment and reproductive functional recovery of women with different leiomatic node number and location as well as disease duration has been developed. Peculiarities of pregnancy clinical course, birth, pregnancy functional fetoplacental complex after conservative myomectomy have been presented. Effectiveness of use of diagnostic, medical-rehabilitation, and preventive measures intended for reproductive dysfunction and gestational complications rate reduction in women with uterine leiomyoma has been determined.
