The object of the research is the processes of formation and use of тransfer potential of innovative development of enterprise. The aim of the thesis is to develop conceptual, methodological and methodically applied principles of the formation and use of тransfer potential of innovative development of enterprise. In the course of investigation the author has applied such research methods as comparison, systematization and synthesis, simulation, expert evaluation method, induction and deduction, methods of analysis and synthesis and others. Theoretical value of the thesis findings lies in: to develop categorial-conceptual apparatus in transfer relations firms; distinguish problems and develop concept formation and use of transfer potential of innovative development of enterprise; identifying the components of the mechanism of leverage as a potential shuttle technology management of the enterprise. The practical value of research results is the series of recommendations about methodological approaches and methods of formation and utilization of transfer potential of innovative development of enterprises. The scientific novelty of the findings lies in the conceptual solution to scientific and applied problem of forming and use of тransfer potential of innovative enterprise. Methodological regulations and recommendations used for the development and transfer of innovative development of enterprises, which helped improve the economic efficiency of transfer capacity to ensure growth of innovative development companies. Author's recommendations are applied in the industrial sphere.
