Essay

The dissertation contains a comprehensive scientific research of the theoretical and problems of preparation of the future teachers of primary schools means of innovative technologies in the context of the new educational paradigm. The study summarized the point of view of the innovations, clarified concepts and terminology of the basic definitions of the pedagogical innovations. Formulates the definition of "means of innovative technologies". Theoretically and experimentally verified model of the preparation of teachers of primary school teachers by means of innovative technologies. To ensure the effectiveness of the model is defined complex of pedagogical conditions: the innovative potential of educational institutions; innovative environment; the innovative behavior of a teacher; the innovative culture of a teacher; innovative pedagogical activity of the teacher and the student. Developed and implemented in the educational practice of course "Innovative pedagogical technologies in the higher school". Studied and realized the possibility of forming a willingness to use innovative means of training future teachers of primary education. It is established, that it is purposeful process of systematization and generalization of the knowledge and skills, mastering by modern methods and means of solving professional tasks; the formation of new knowledge on the core subjects in the psychological-pedagogical, scientific-research activity. Has developed a system of criteria, indicators and levels of the ready-to-use means of innovative educational technologies. The efficiency of the experimental methods of forming of readiness for the use of innovative educational technologies at the future teacher of primary classes.
