Shkitska I. Positively-coloured manipulative strategy in the Ukrainian language

Object: means of verbalization of positive manipulative strategy. Objective: comprehensive description of lingual representation of positive manipulative strategy based on social and communicational aspects, identifying its range of tactics and techniques. Methods: descriptive; classificatory; context-interpretative; method of pragmatic and semantic interpretation; lingual and stylistic, structural, conversational, and quantitative analyses; discourse analysis; intent analysis. Scientific novelty: for the first time in the Ukrainian linguistics a systemic multilevel analysis of means of verbalization of positive manipulative strategies is performed on a wide range of factual evidence. Practical value: possibility of application in courses of the modern Ukrainian language; business communication ethics; special courses in semantics, pragmatic linguistics, functional stylistics, culture of language, rhetoric, etiquette, communicative linguistics, psychological linguistics, communication theory; as well as in trainings for optimization of interpersonal communication.
