Essay

The study was aimed to reduce maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality and complications by optimizing remote diagnostic methods, prediction and prevention of preeclampsia by studying the most important immunogenetic determinants of its pathogenesis. Risk factors and identified key predictors of preeclampsia were investigated. The research of profile of gene expression in the placentas allows to determine the important signaling pathways involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. It was found that genetically determined markers of diagnosis and prediction of preeclampsia are fetal hemoglobin, homocysteine, leptin and triglycerides. The role of MTHFR gene polymorphisms in the determination of the risk of preeclampsia and hyperhomocysteinemia was discussed. The analysis of changes during pregnancy in the relation of macromolecular fractions vaginal swabs in women with preeclampsia was conducted. There were developed and clinically tested the medical treatment aimed for correcting endothelial dysfunction and metabolic changes in the placenta in pregnant women at risk at the stage of formation of the placenta.
