Essay

In thesis were evaluated genetics' and pathophysiology mechanisms of chronic inflammatory process development in children's paranasal sinuses (PNS) according to hereditarily conditioned production of IL-1beta і IL-4. It was established that in etiopathogenesis of chronic sinusitis dominated: a violation of colonization resistance of mucous membrane, steady nasal obstruction, IgE-associated diseases; frequent and prolonged episodes of respiratory viral infection with a background of early displays by antigens and sensitization; mutations of polymorphic regions of promoter areas of IL-1beta (С-511Т) and IL-4 (С-590Т) genes. The development of chronic inflammatory process in paranasal sinuses will be with prevailing of exudation in case of genetic determined decreased production of IL-1beta and with manifestation of chronic productive inflammation in case of inherited conditioned predominance of CD4+-2-immune reaction
